2Choose a package that best suits your need
Merlot offers 3 different price packages Please note that we have “language” and “keywords” options. “Language” refers to the language our tools will use to monitor and engage the users (i.e. English, Spanish, Russian, etc.) “Keywords” refers to the number of phrases in the package. Through those keywords (“tools”) we will target the right audience. The more keywords we use, the better the result. We do a research on what keywords will work best and also have a database that helps us gain a quicker engagement. The keywords section is option, but you are free to share your suggestions on what words you think best describe your business. If a special event or a holiday is coming, you can also tie it with your hotel brand.
3Purchase your plan and set up language and keywords.
A Merlot representative will be in contact with you to confirm your order and discuss the specifics of the campaign. Keep in mind that you can upgrade your plan at any time and will be charged only for the difference in plan prices. If you decide to go for a cheaper plan in the middle of your campaign, please contact our support staff. When the new monthly billing cycle begins, your profile will be charged for the cheaper plan that you picked. You are also free to cancel your subscription at any time.
